A Dr. Quack Trophy?

I have a friend who traded in WW and got a Dr. Quack Trophy. I was wondering if this was a real trophy, future trophy, glitch trophy, or a trophy somebody made to trade. Here's a picture of it (from a post by my friend) :

Does anyone recognize it?

I suspect it was made on a picture site and was pasted to look like it was in his dock. There is no known "Doctor Quack" Trophy in Webkinz world.

Unfortunately I would say this picture has been doctored. I can assure you that no Dr. Quack Trophy exists or ever has in WW. It isn't even a hidden item, or an unreleased item either.

Yeah, I think it had to have been a fake. I know that there's a badge when you buy medicine from Dr. Quack, as one of my pets was sick a couple of days ago, but I don't think there is a trophy.

I have a terrible time winning trophies in WW! If the trophy was real, I wonder what the criteria would be to win???? Get your pet sick and heal it the fastest, LOL???

I asked someone at Webkinz and checked some other sites to see what I could find out. Webkinz has never heard of the that trophy and no other site has that as a trophy listed you can win. So either it's a very hard trophy to get and webkinz doesn't want to talk about it or it is a fake trophy.

You are correct. This is a fake trophy. No Dr. Quack Trophy exists in the webkinz world item database. It is a very well made fake.
