I've finally had time to spend in WW while recovering from knee surgery and I keep getting "Please wait ......". I get this message on my accounts with just a few pets as well as my huge account. Anyone else having this problem?

Yes, I have seen it more the last week or so. Some servers seem to be slower than others. I hope you have a speedy recovery with that knee. At least you can spend some time watching for the trick or treat ghost.
