ok i'll show you
you save it into your computer
then go to edit avatar and put it in there

for signature you go to the gallery your album
and then upload it to your album then you click on the pic
and it will show you the codes copy the bbcodeof picture
then go to edit signature and right click in the tipe space
and click paste and there you go!
