| Does anybody know how to get a free domain? Preferably a .net domain name? I wish to have one!

| you can go to forumotion.com and i think once it has enough post & members it will have a .com ;] |

| You almost always have to pay for your domain. We bought kinzisland.com through forumotion.com. We were able to renew the domain for free though as we have an active site.
I do think forumotion might have a promotion for education based sites that offers them free domains.

| Yeah, when you're forum is active enough you may be offered a free domain name. It take a long time though. I just got offered one last week for brickbuilder. |

| I have been a member of many pet forums in the past that used probords for their domain. Is this what you are looking for? a forum host site?

| I got a free domain for my site.
On forumotion it tells you you have to pay for one, but its actually free. xD |
