Picture Hosting Problems

I am still having problems posting pictures using the forumotion host. The letter box is pink but I get this error message. Can anyone help?

I had this problem before, I'm trying to remember what I did to fix it. As soon as I remember I'll tell you.

I do know that sometimes it lies to you and says your filetype is not allowed. I just go to tinypic whenever that happens. It only seems to happen once and a while though.

It seems to happen to me most of the time. I gave up and have been using tinypic. Thanks for your reply.

When the message appears what type of file are you trying to upload? GIF, JPEG, PNG, etc? Or does it not matter what type it is?

I think it matters. I use JPEG and it works like a charm.

It does matter to a point I find the best file type is PNG. JPEG blurs your image

Press this button in the little toolbar above the post box. Then click browse, select your image, press upload, copy the BB Code, and paste it in the posting box and you're good to go! Smile

Here are some step by step directions

1.Click on Host an Image
2.Click the Browse button and search for the pic you want
3.Copy the bottom HTML code
4.Then press Upload
5.Click Image and paste the HTML code in that line
6.Press the OK button
7.Have fun with your pic!
