Is anyone else having log in troubles?

Subject: Is anyone else having log in troubles? Thu Apr 02, 2009 6:23 am

I'm trying to log into my webkinz at the moment, and each time no matter what browser or log in i use(i have only tried mozilla firefox and interent explorer) i get the oops we can't connect to webkinz right now message and get logged out. Nothing says anything about maintence and no one knows my password, but i changed it just now to be safe. Any idea why? and, they most likly wouldn't have over flow on a Thursday at 6:30 AM!

BTW my moms/my secondary(they are both the same) is working fine. . .

I haven't had any problems getting into my account, but It was 7 am PST when I logged in.

Since yesterday I have had to X the loading page and log in again. Sometimes 3 or 4 tries. Then it appears.

I have switched back to Internet Explorer for a bit. I usually use Mozilla Firefox but have had trouble with it loading.

I think it might be a firefox issue too. I only can use Firefox on my computer. Something happened to my IE last spring and it has never worked right since. I have been noticing a little slower loading in WW on firefox but earlier today I was on the laptop which dosen't have firefox and I noticed it was substansially faster. But than again the laptop is quite new whereas my desktop is almost 6 years old.

Wow! Firefox and IE BOTH have great performance. I haven't tried netscape or that jungle thing so I don't know. Clear your cookies and cache. That might just work.

I think you may have missed that the date on the previous posts were about a month ago and things are probably fine now.
