Just making sure... staff ages??

Do you have to be 18+ to be staff? Just wondering Smile

I can not remember, and I can not remember how i even knew, but I believe to because a Chat box Moderater you need to be either 18+ or 16+. But I do not know if it is the same with the forums.

It doesn't matter how old you are I think it only matters if you are helpful to other members.

You're right, I probaly about helpfulness but there is age limits because most kids sometimes do not understand and would do things unreasonable. I am a kid but I always try to be reasonable because that is who I am.

New members to the staff must be 16 years of age or older. But this does not necessarily mean that all our staff members are of this age. Some members may have been or still are under the age of 16. This is only because they were part of the staff before this rule took affect. We do not discuss the ages of any members here but I can assure you all Administrators are at least 16. Our host site asks that all administrators and moderators be at least 13 years of age, but we here have decided that 16 will be our minimum age.

rats, I am in the 13+ but not 16+

FYI I did NOT say my age just the age range i am in so I technecally can NOT be told I was saying my age.

I know WI has so many people that if you do just one bad thing they ban you. But here on this site we can see your good side. That is why I like this site more.

Actually, WI is just keeping everyone safe. I'm not saying the staff here doesn't do that, but WI has a rule of 18+ good members may be invited to be staff if they are helpful and mature enough. I think 16+ is a great rule, or 18+. with 13+ or no limit, the staff *may* not be mature enough. Smile

Webkinzranger2, Clara did not address you at all as far as you saying a thing about your age. He said that nobody discusses their age on this forum. That is all. The question was about age and he mentioned that on top of 16+ we also don't mention our ages. Nothing at all directed at anything you said.

Thank you Jerkinz. You are right. It is okay to discuss the postive aspects of this site but we should keep the comments about other sites off of the forum.
